Casa De Vista is a private home conveniently located at 465 Anson Smith Road.

This unique home of 1,127 feet of interior space was originally a firehouse which has been totally remodeled. The one bedroom with shower bath is comfortable and the full kitchen will delite any cook. It is a home at an elevation of 3,600 feet where you can relax, star gaze at night and marvel at the vast Arizona sky. There is a hugh off-street parking area that has a large RV pad area with full hookups.

Casa De Vista is just minutes from restaurants, shopping and the amenities of a suburban area, yet far enough removed to provide solitude, quiet relaxation, and perhaps even a little romance.

Situated on the west side of the broad valley over-looking the city of Kingman, you will be amazed with the views as there are mountains all around. Early evening shade encompasses the home from the nearby mountains to the west enhancing the outdoor lifestyle.

Should you visit Casa De Vista you'll want to explore the area and it is an easy drive from Kingman to Lake Havasu City and Bullhead City, Arizona as well as Laughlin and Las Vegas, Nevada. For the extra feel of the old wild west, there are some nearby "ghost towns". Kingman's terrific location and great highways makes exploring the area easy and fun! The longest stretch of the original Route 66 goes right through Kingman.

Kingman, which is located in the northwest part of the State of Arizona, is a great place to use as a hub for many fun day trips. Beautiful southwest scenery abounds and there are large freshwater lakes nearby including Lake Mead, Lake Mohave, and Lake Havasu. There is also the Colorado River.

The Grand Canyon is an easy day trip and you really need to have this destination on your must see list. For those who enjoy gambling there is Laughlin, Nevada about 30 miles west of Kingman with a great selection of casinos, and then there is Las Vegas, Nevada which is about 95 miles northwest of Kingman. As you travel to Las Vegas you can visit both The Bridge At Hoover Dam as well as the Hoover Dam. Las Vegas is an easy day trip of fun, excitment and shopping.


The climate in Kingman is mild in the winter and cooler in the summer. The low temperatures in the winter are 32 degrees and the highs 66 degrees. In the summer, the high temperatures are 97 degrees and the lows are 58 degrees. Kingman receives precipitation of approximately 3 inches a year. It seldom snows which usually melts by noon.
